Meet our President, Chris Avirett

Chris graduated from Lee College with an A.A.S degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and an A.S. degree in Business Administration with a 4.0 G.P.A. Since his graduation, he has gained experience in a multitude of areas relating to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration. Chris has taught classes on The Theory of Air Conditioning, instructed students in properly diagnosing HVAC equipment; he has managed service departments in Residential and Commercial service companies dealing with nearly every type and brand of equipment. For years now, Chris has eagerly kept up with the advancements in technology by faithfully attending manufacturers’ new product classes and technical training classes. NATE certification is a voluntary, yet rigorous test of one’s technical knowledge. Chris passed the North America Technical Excellence (NATE) core exam and A/C specialty exam with a 99% average.

Chris obviously loves the technical side of this industry, but that is not why he started Comfort Concepts. After working with various companies, Chris simply thought that he could take better care of customers than other companies could or would. The foundation of Comfort Concepts is and always will be Chris’ genuine desire to help solve customers’ problems. Chris believes that the best way to accomplish this is by offering technical expertise at an affordable price with a personal touch.
